In exchange for Payton Cormier and two 2026 Dispersal Draft picks.
Vancouver, B.C. – Vancouver Warriors General Manager Curt Malawsky announced today that the team has acquired a first-round draft pick (16th overall) in the 2026 NLL Entry Draft and the playing rights to defenceman Luca Antongiovanni from the Buffalo Bandits in exchange for the playing rights of forward Payton Cormier, plus the 11th and 23rd overall picks in the 2026 Dispersal Draft.
Antongiovanni, 24, from Coquitlam BC, was selected by the Buffalo Bandits in the first round (eighth overall) in the 2024 NLL Entry Draft and most recently played college lacrosse with the University of North Carolina. Prior to his collegiate career, he played his junior and senior lacrosse with the Coquitlam Adanacs, helping the junior Adanacs to the 2018 Minto Cup championship.
